Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, then lived in Minneapolis, Dale has brought his expertise to Las Vegas and has been a local for 17 years. Having started his own rehabbing business three years ago, Dale is now bringing his experience in the real estate industry to Vegas Homes Realty. When asked what his favorite part of the business is, Dale said, "I love matching homes to people." I get a sense of pride when a client is totally happy with purchasing whether it's one of my rehabs or another home. I like being in the people business. Dale also does a lot of his business in the specific niche of the mid-price range homes as well as working with elderly people downsizing or the first time home buyers.

Dale started his real estate journey by taking his bachelor's in fine arts degree from UNLV and his experience as a customer service manager for the USPS and applied it to starting his own business. After retiring from the Postal Service, he invested his time into joining Fortune Builders which later brought him to becoming an entrepreneur and he built his business, Second Chance Property Solutions (based in Las Vegas). His name for the company comes from believing everyone deserves a second chance; whether it's downsizing, upgrading or just getting out of a tough situation causing someone to sell their home.

When Dale isn't working out at LVAC, skiing in the mountains of Nevada or Utah or traveling to visit his family in Minneapolis, he's here in Vegas waiting to help his next client.
